Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC (QES) is excited to announce the addition of Mr. Gary M. O’Neal Jr., CFM, to our growing staff.

Mr. O’Neal has over 11 years of experience in Hazard Mitigation and Grant work. He has joined the Project and Grant Management team to provide technical assistance to applicants on the full spectrum of FEMA HMA programs. He will assist applicants with the Hazard Mitigation Grant Process. Mr. O’Neal previously worked as the State Applicant Liaison 2 for GOHSEP from June 2016 to August 2018 where he was the primary liaison for GOHSEP’s Region 4 and 5 in South Louisiana.
